The Aquatics Operations Officer will ensure the efficient, effective and safe day to day operations of Council’s aquatic facilities while maintaining adherence to required guidelines and regulations.

• Lifeguard and first aid qualifications required
• Must have, or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check

The role will:

• lead the supervision of seasonal lifeguard staff,
• manage Council’s indoor warm water pool and
• coordinate Council’s Learn to Swim Program.

Would suit an individual who wants to step up from a Duty Manager or leading lifeguard role, or and experienced aquatics coordinator who would like a shift to a rural Victorian community.
