We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person to coach an energetic White Squad. At Abbotsleigh, White Squad is a foundation squad of our program where swimmers predominately 12 years and under, are eager to learn the requirements for competitive swimming and racing. White Squad is one of our Competitive Squads in our program. It is our introductory level to our Swimming Club and the Squad they attend competitions at Abbotsleigh and other locations. This group provides strong foundations to our program and includes Abbotsleigh girls from Junior School as well as other members of our program.

Abbotsleigh has produced Australian Team members at Senior and Junior levels and is now growing its junior program with the majority of members competing at Junior State. This full-time position will have a significant impact on the junior area of our program which includes our club, our school, and our aquatics program.

Our ideal candidate will be Foundation (formally Competitive strokes) Coach or Development Coach.

Our White Squad coach will be passionate about swimming and teaching correct technical movements and skill development for competitive racing. They will love creating a place to learn our sport and enjoy a laugh too. Having fun is important to us. Good communication skills are an essential tool to deliver your message and being able to work as a team makes us a dynamic force.
