Purpose of Role

Casual Rowing Assistants are responsible for assisting and supporting the Staff Member in Charge in the delivery of the Rowing program, through crew development, mentoring and coaching.

Requirements of the Role

• Experience in and knowledge of rowing
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with students of varying abilities
• An understanding and commitment to implement the Carey Positive Learner Attributes with students

A valid Employee Working with Children Check and current Anaphylaxis Accreditation are requirements of employment for this position.
