Reporting to the Children’s Program Supervisor, the Children’s Program staff work as a team to create safe and encouraging experiences for children of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver programs that provide a positive experience. This includes aquatics
• Interact and communicate with the children, parents, guardians, and teachers in a positive and enthusiastic manner. 
• Encourage full participation by all children and provide alternate activities wherever safely possible.
• Setup, use and pack down equipment

Skills & Required Knowledge:

• Excellent presentation, utilizing the resources available in a safe environment, allowing all children to participate.
• Ability to lead a high standard of varied activities
• Pool Lifeguard Certificate – CPR included
• Current First Aid certificate
• Working with Children’s Check
