Currently seeking casual/part-time coaches for our new children’s gym located in Craigieburn Junction.

Coaches required for the following disciplines:

• Gymnastics
• Martial Arts
• Dance
• Fitness
• Boxing

Key Skills:

• Specialist knowledge and experience, passion and enthusiasm to coach, mentor, and role model for our children.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children and parents, address parental concerns and class behavioural challenges
• Have a caring, patient mindset and a deep passion about the benefits of children’s fitness.
• Collaborate and contribute to the successful growth and quality of all classes at My First Gym.
• Lead by example, supervise, and coach the class to execute the program delivery, class progression, administrative requirements, and session setup and design.

Certification/Experience:

• Coaching experience in your specialised sport
• Hold a minimum Level 1 (gymnastics only)
• Hold a minimum Cert III in Fitness (MFG FIT)
• Have a Victoria Employment Working with Children Check, First Aid certification or be prepared to obtain these (all coaches)
