Trent Bridge, the home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, is looking to recruit an experienced Community Engagement Officer – Core Cities to deliver our Core Cites Programme, working within the Community & Development department.

Reporting to the Community & Development Manager the successful candidate will have the skillset to bring the cricket communities together and make a difference encouraging a lifelong connection to the game. You will work with charities, community partners and voluntary groups and organisations across the city, developing new partnerships and building on existing relationships.

Are you a good communicator, great with people, energetic and passionate about the impact bringing communities together can have? Are you inspired by the opportunity that using cricket as a vehicle for change can have, then we want to hear from you.

You don’t need any cricket experience, what’s more important is a ‘can do attitude’, a strong track record of connecting communities, engaging people from diverse backgrounds and thinking outside the box.

Through our Core Cities Programme, we are aiming to inspire a new generation from across the city to say cricket is a game for me.
