Job Description

Are you aged between 19-24yrs old and want to start a career as a Community Sports coach within an award-winning organisation? We are looking to recruit a personable, highly motivated individual who is passionate about the impact of sport within the community.
As part of this role, you will work across a variety of departments at QPR, gaining valuable experience and knowledge. You will also complete a Level 2 Community Activator Course as part of your Apprenticeship.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Community Trust in maintaining the high standards set out in both the delivery & co-ordination of Trust Programmes. This is to include (not exhaustive) the assistance in delivery of:
– Curricular & extra-curricular sessions within schools
– Training sessions at college academy
– Youth engagement session at Kicks Projects
– Holiday and advanced football development sessions
– Data entry onto our monitoring and evaluating system, VIEWS. Ensure monitoring and evaluation data on VIEWS is current and comprehensive and in adherence with General Data Protection regulations (GDPR)
– Support staff in identifying suitable pathways and opportunities for participants.
