Head of Catering

Location: Trent Bridge Nottingham, NG2 6AG

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 dependant on experience

Job Type: Full-Time 48 hours per week – Permanent Contract

Trent Bridge, the home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, is looking to recruit a Head of Catering to work in part of its Catering department.

The successful candidate will work with our talented and motivated kitchen and front of house teams to drive exacting standards in preparation and service to provide our guests with standards befitting a truly unique working and dining environment.

You may already work in a sporting venue or have experience in a large hotel or conference setting. While either is a clear advantage, your desire, personal profile and skill set is what will count in this process.

This role with be very fast paced in the height of the season, and the successful candidate will develop, organise and implement all aspects of the food & beverage provision at Trent Bridge, drive incremental growth across non-match day conference and events business by re-designing products and services

The role is based on a 48 hours per week, as well as providing cover for some weekend and evening work largely during the cricket season (April to September).
