Programme Overview
Meaningful work experience can be an essential part of the career ladder in many professions. They are part and parcel of a modern, flexible economy and are useful both for the applicant and for employers.
On our paid summer internship programme, you will spend six-eight weeks from the end of May/Early June gaining a real insight into what it’s like to work in our business and have the opportunity to learn from our people whilst working on real business challenges and projects.
Each intern receives a customised learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.
Role
You will be expected to learn the different areas of HR and EDI and how they contribute and are embedded in the Club. You will also support in the day-to-day HR and EDI administration duties and assist on HR projects such as The Hive.
