Wycombe Wanderers Foundation is the charitable arm of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club, an ambitious league one professional football club, used to defying the odds and punching above its weight. Based at Adams Park, the home of Wycombe Wanderers FC, this is one of numerous exciting opportunities to join a talented, intrinsically motivated team of staff dedicated to delivering fun, safe, engaging and inclusive projects across four departments; Sports Participation, Education, Health and Wellbeing and Inclusion and Cohesion.
The Inclusion & Health Development Officer will primarily be responsible for delivering high quality provision within the following areas;*
Inclusion projects: Youth Intervention Programme, Premier League Kicks, Street Soccer.
Health projects: Wellbeing Walk, Walking Football, GULP (Give Up Loving Pop – Education Programme).
*This is a non-exhaustive list.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high quality WWF Inclusion & Health based provision.
Identify, develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders/external organisations that will assist WWF in achieving its programme related aims and objectives, and wider strategic aims.
Devise activities that ensure individuals and groups of participants are motivated, supported, stretched, and challenged at appropriate levels across all WWF’s activities.
Support and create funding bids to secure finances for future provision.
Qualifications
UEFA C License (Formerly FA Level 2).
Valid FA Emergency Aid Certificate.
Valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate.

Salary & Benefits: £21,000 – £23,000 (scale dependant on experience/qualifications)
