Job Description
We are a membership based indoor golf studio in Queen’s Park, North West London. We are building a golf community in North West London, a space where our members can practice consistently so they can enjoy their time out on the course more, a space where our members can engage and enjoy golf together and a space where we can encourage the younger generation to engage with golf more frequently.
We are looking for someone who will act as our General Manager, be responsible for looking after existing members, membership sales, the calendar, external events and contribute to the growth path of the business. This will allow the right candidate to learn the ins and outs of our business, meet our members and embed themselves as part of the community, as well as turning warm leads into trial sessions and eventually into members. We would like someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to contribute creative ideas and define our long term sales process, front of house training and blueprint in preparation for future launches.
We are a young company so this will be a varied role with lots of opportunity to learn and grow.
We are look for someone:
– With a positive, friendly and welcoming manner.
– Ideally with experience in hospitality, golf and face to face sales.
– Experience in managing the sales process and maximising efficiency in turning leads into members or willing to learn.
– An urgency to hit the ground running, ensure every trial and member is looked after and followed up with.
– Attention to detail and proactivity across every member interaction.
– Ability to multitask and willingness to work across the business
– A keen interest in golf.
