As a result of increased demand we now seek an enthusiastic and experienced Pool Deck Supervisor.  Reporting to the Aquatic Development Lead the Pool Deck Supervisor is a critical role within our team, assisting teachers with class management as well as maintaining constant communication with parents and carers.  You will thrive when working as part of a team, assisting with managing shift specifics, customer complaints and program development.  In addition you will ensure the pool deck is organized and presentable for patrons during class times.

Required skills:

• Austswim – Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or ASCTA
• CPR
• Working with Children’s Check
• Austswim – Teacher of Infant Aquatics or equivalent

Desirable:

• Teacher of Competitive Strokes
