Reporting to the Head of Consumer, the Membership & Ticketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing the Clubs annual Membership and Ticketing Programs while managing a team of operational staff.

This role requires a creative minded person with at least two years’ experience managing staff, combined with strong strategic planning skills as well as extensive experience in a Ticketing based role, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the processes and procedures of a Football Club Membership and Ticketing Program. Proficiency with Membership system Archtics and Ticketek system Aspect and Insight is preferrable.

Key Responsibilities

Membership

• Develop a seasonal Membership program which creates value for existing and potential Club Members, and proactively seek improvements to all aspects of Membership operations to ultimately drive consumer and commercial outcomes from the Membership program.
• Manage the operations of the Membership program for Club Members including all areas associated with the fulfilment and management of their Membership including
• Manage the member merchandise fulfilment program, inclusive of package development and ensuring accurate and prompt delivery to all members.
• Management of Members on the annual and monthly payment plan including debt recovery
• In conjunction with the marketing team, manage and oversee the annual Membership marketing and communications campaign and ensure renewal deadlines are met.
• Manage the Membership and Ticketing budgets in conjunction with the Head of Consumer.
• Assist with building and maintenance of the membership website including making strategic changes to suit marketing campaigns and findings from web analytics.
• Supervise, train, and develop Membership staff in the interest of team succession planning.
• Ensure that data management processes within the Membership program are developed to meet all consumer and administrative requirements.
• Manage your team’s objectives and performance that closely link to the Membership Ticketing Programs KPI’s and Parramatta Eels Strategic Plan.
• Ensure that staff are actively engaged and are continually striving to reach their personal and professional development goals, as well as manage and comunicate change and live by the Parramatta Eels’ values. 

Ticketing

• Assist with the strategic development of the ticketing program including pricing, seating, marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
• Work with Marketing to create compelling value propositions to support ticket sales for Eels ticketed events.
• Assist Ticketing Executive with seasonal event builds for Eels home matches.
• Manage game day ticketing builds and on-sale schedules with stadium ticketing partner.
• Manage venue seating inventory to maximize sales for both game day tickets as well as memberships.
• Reporting and analysis of game day attendees including crowd attendance, revenue and expenses.

Match Day

• Facilitate event day Membership operations and staffing.
• Manage Member related activities.
• Manage team specific match day roles and responsibilities.
