Job Description
In the last 18 months we have made some significant steps
forward, with the introduction of professional contracts for the
women’s national team and the facilities, support and pathway
structures in place to allow women’s rugby to flourish at all
levels of the game in Wales.
This is a new board vacancy that forms one of three new roles
in a refresh of our governance and a diversification of our
board.
We are keen to hear from anyone with experience of playing,
coaching, participating, volunteering or just simply with a
passion for women’s sport who believes they can support and
drive advancement in an area of strategic importance to us.
You’ll need to be able to attend 6-8 meetings per year, either at
the Principality Stadium or virtually with flexibility for a few
more ad hoc! We’d also love you to get involved and attend,
support and represent the Women’s game at certain matches
throughout the year.
