ABOUT THE ROLE

The Office Manager role is instrumental in making sure everything in the AFLNT office runs smoothy on a daily basis by providing overall office administration and support. This is a pivotal role within the AFL NT team to ensure the efficient management of the office and key business functions.  This role plays a part in managing reception at the Michael Long Learning and Leadership Centre (MLLLC) as well as leadership support. 

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assisting with all administrative tasks and all matters relating to the AFLNT Office and MLLLC 
  • First point of contact for all office related key business functions 
  • Management of AFLNT / MLLLC Reception and completion of reception duties as required 
  • Key contact for all departments across the national business including Finance, IT, Human Resources, Insurance, Ticketing, etc.  
  • Prepare IT, building access and compliance / induction requirements for new starters 
  • Coordinate all AFLNT Board meetings, team meetings, leadership meetings and team engagement activities/ functions as required  
  • Assist with AFLNT Major Events as required 
  • Support the Finance team with the management of Motor Vehicle Fleet including all vehicle related matters and processing Administration cost centre invoices 
  • Contribute to key projects within and outside of core role  
  • Provide day to day support to AFLNT leadership 
  • Support and contribute to the success of the broader team
