Programme Overview
Meaningful work experience can be an essential part of the career ladder in many professions. They are part and parcel of a modern, flexible economy and are useful both for the applicant and for employers.
On our paid internship programme, you will spend one season from the end of May/Early June gaining a real insight into what it’s like to work in our business and have the opportunity to learn from our people whilst working on real business challenges and projects.
Each intern receives a customised learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.
Role
We are looking for a graduate in a relevant subject to work in our Operations team who look after the club’s facilities (Turf Moor and the training ground. This is a varied role covering match day operations, assisting with the delivery of the club’s Capex projects, Health & Safety, managing SLA’s, administration and assisting with the delivery of our sustainability strategy.
