Job Title – Paid Media Executive
Location – Stamford Bridge
Hours – Permanent, 35 hours per week, 5 from 7

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to be responsible for planning and delivering best-in-class digital media campaigns to support Hospitality Packages, Chelsea FC Women, General Admission & Membership products, Livestreams, Stadium Tours, M&E, Partnership. This person will play a key role in all aspects of the media process from planning and strategy to execution, optimisation, and analysis. Duties include:
– Strategy development – Develop season long strategies to achieve our Hospitality Packages, Chelsea FC Women, General Admission, Membership & Ticketed Event objectives.
– Campaign planning – lead the end-to-end strategic planning and scheduling of campaigns inc. budgets, platforms, content & audiences.
– Campaign development – management of stakeholders to deliver tailored content and audiences to meet campaign goals.
– Campaign execution – execution & optimisation of all campaigns across all ad platform (including Google, TikTok, Meta, Twitter, Bing, LinkedIn), in line with strategic objectives.
– Campaign analysis – develop real-time reporting to analyse performance, inform optimisations and report to internal stakeholders.
– Support wider Paid Media Team in the delivery of wider campaigns when required.
– Given the nature of football, paid media support may be required outside of traditional working hours to capitalise on key moments such as matchdays and transfer windows.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:
– Proven experience in a paid media role.
– Strong technical understanding of ad platform management inc. Google SA360, DV360, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Linked, Bing.
– Strong understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
– Experience of planning, managing, and delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns utilising a full range of marketing tools and channels.
– Ability to articulate and influence key strategic decisions, build relationships, and manage multiple stakeholders.
– Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
– Creative flair and confidence with a positive attitude.
– Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work in a demanding and fast paced environment.
– Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team.
