About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Product Coordinator – Sherrin.  The role will be based in Keysborough (own transport required) and reports to the Marketing Director. You will play an integral role in coordinating and assisting in the build of Sherrin product ranges, from research and development through to go-to-market.

In this role some of the tasks you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Product development including market research and consumer insights 
• Understand the Sherrin consumer wants and needs across retail and league requirements
• Coordinate the operational component of product development including plans and briefs
• Liaise with product suppliers including our local Sherrin factory
• Assist in inventory management 
• Assist in product and range launches 
• Coordinate the go-to-market strategy for products and ranges 
• Become a Sherrin product expert 

To be successful you will:

• Be passionate about Aussie Rules and have a strong understanding of the game 
• Ideally have previous experience in a Product Coordinator, Production Assistant or Supply Coordinator role (or within the retail industry or sport industry)
• Have a blend of creativity combined with a process driven style
• Understand consumer needs with some marketing/brand background 
• Have experience in market research and the ability to identify product opportunities 
• Excellent communication skills coupled with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
• Approach problems not as obstacles but as an opportunity to provide solutions
• Be committed to working autonomously within a solid team environment
• Have proven ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritizing deadlines
• Be able to coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders and topics at once 
• Have proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office – Excel and Powerpoint, AX experience also beneficial
