The role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and confident Senior Professional Development Phase Coach at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.
The person
The ideal candidate will possess their UEFA A licence in Coaching Football. They will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role expectations
The Senior Professional Development Phase Coach will be expected to:
Plan and prepare for all training sessions and matches and select the U21 team in conjunction with the football staff, both from the First Team and Academy support staff.
Deliver coaching sessions to develop players to become First Team players either within the club or externally.
