AFL South East is seeking to recruit a high performing administrator to join our footy team! AFL South East was established in May 2013 as an independent governance board focused on the development and management of football within the South East Region.

The objective of the AFLSE Umpire Operations Coordinator is to coordinate delivery of umpiring in the South East Region. Through the implementation of systems and processes that deliver quality outcomes for umpires, this multi-faceted position will provide the framework for the development, recruitment, and retention of a dynamic umpiring department. This role is also responsible for tribunal and investigation process as necessary.
